Dr. Joseph (Yossi) Vardi is internet entrepreneur and the chairman of DLD.

Liliia Hrynevych is a Ukrainian politician and Ukraine's Minister of Education and Science since 14 April 2016.

From 2006 to 2009, Hrynevych headed the Kiev City State Administration's education department. Igor Gurianov is a software development professional with over 30 years international experience. He one of the founders of VIMAS Technologies where he currently serves as its Chief Technology Officer. As well, he serves as CTO for several companies of the VIMAS group.

Igor earned his master’s degree in Radio Engineering from the Kyiv Airforce Institute in 1987 and then worked several years in the Air Force Research institute in Moscow.

After that he worked at the Kyiv Airforce Institute on research projects in the area of radio communications. Since founding VIMAS Technologies in 1995, he has delivered a great many software projects in the areas of speech processing, retail, industrial and education.

With British hedge fund and investment banking background Pavel has founded franchising and distribution business of innovative Agritech solutions on the markets of Eastern Europe in 2009.

From 2016 has started development of integrated crop management solutions platform. Acquired precision agriculture sensor manufacturing company Sensilize in early 2017 and shortly after joined Phenomics consortium in Israel together with Hazera, Elbit and Evogene.

Project R&D is financed by Israeli innovation authority to develop crop stress detection technology with use of Deep learning and AI.

Ivan is the co-founder of Outsourcing2IT, a full-cycle BPO Consultancy & Services company that provides flexible solutions for establishing and running own independent IT R&D centers in Ukraine. Today in the company he acts a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, responsible for all matters related to new and existing Clients. Ivan brings 10+ years of experience in establishing, servicing and consulting 200+ companies on entering Ukraine and starting their own dedicated development teams or IT R&D centers.
